As far as I have known Kuwait, the extremes are in the range of 47-50. Sometimes even 50+. So what if nobody declares it officially. It is a fact, that cannot be denied.
Is NBK trying to conservative and not reflect the ground realities or is the website content being developed by somebody sitting in US and who just goes by the official reports.
Its time to wake up, NBK. Get real and say the TRUTH.

Well, it seems people do not like to be reviewed negatively. It is a healthy criticism which makes one improve and give it thier 100%. Some people cannot digest the truth, especially if is it bitter.
